  • Trouble shooting most digital devices*, hardware, firmware, software, and peripherals**.
  • Correspondence support i.e., assisting with email set up, tablet navigation, creating a personalized user guide for devices.
  • Contact, communicate and work with service providers.
  • If we cannot assist or the support is out of our scope, we will coordinate with someone who can.
*These devices include and are not limited to, personal computers, tablets, cell phones, LAN lines, portable computers, televisions, smart TV’s, etc.
